EMS Agency Committees
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
The mission of the Marin county EMS CQI Program is to provide system wide analysis and quality improvement for EMS services. It is the vision of this program to support the development of an innovative, evidence based CQI program to optimize emergency/trauma care. This will be facilitated by a cohesive learning team with representation from providers on the continuum of care.

This group works under the overall guidance of the CQI Committee and is comprised of representatives from our county's two trauma designated facilities, as well as prehospital providers and non-trauma center representatives.
Policy & Procedure Committees (P&P)
The Policy and Procedure Committee, a sub-committee of the CQI program, participates in the review, development and monitoring of system policies and procedures.
